THE PEOPLE’S COURT USING THE ELECTORAL PROCESS RENDERED A VERDICT OF ACQUITTAL IN THE TRUMP LAWFARE CASES AND SENTENCED DEI TO DEATH
The German philosopher Immanuel Kant once said:
“Science is organized knowledge; Wisdom is organized life…”
The election of Donald Trump in a triumphant comeback to the White House was more than an Electoral College and popular vote trouncing of the hologram named Kamala. It has signaled an end to the nasty brand of politics that Democrats fielded in the run-up to the primary season. It reflected the collective wisdom of the working American public, wielding the common sense that became the theme of the new Republican party. Those who live real lives and know what is real and what is not spoke loudly. Let’s unpack this as follows:
- Identity politics and divisive policies that fraudulently sought to level a playing field that was perfectly level for years—REJECTED. A platform that openly denied the existence of the Equal Protection Clause and sought to perpetuate the myth that a truly colorblind modern America was “systematically racist” was not a winning message. “Dr.” Kendi and the race hustlers will seek a new grift.
- Men are men, and women are women. Collective life experience told us that biology and genetics are not subjective conditions but scientific realities, not subject to political alteration to appease .001% of the populace. To suggest that gender is “fluid” might get Minnesota but not much else.
- Title IX modifications that violated well-settled law to also appease this radical few threatened the foundations of biological women in sport. The American voter saw the hypocrisy of so-called feminists silencing themselves as real biological women saw their dreams drowned in a sea of estrogen hormones given to men so they can play “girl” in a variety of sports. Trump will return women’s sports to women, with the law on his side. Thank you, Dylan Mulvaney, for being a truly ridiculous human being.
- Common-sense voters, some of whom have children struggling with the suggestive social contagions of the new digital world, understand that you don’t carve up your kid who may have gender confusion, especially when the law will not even permit them to get a tattoo. Do not underestimate the number of gay men and women who are perfectly happy with their sexuality and biology and did not want their political message clouded by this nonsense. Adults can engage in organic sculpture to be “happy.” “Leave the kids alone,” said the collective wise.
- Joe Average did not have to be Brandeis to understand that an open border policy was a bald, intentional violation of long-standing laws involving the detention of asylum seekers. Letting unvetted millions into the interior was at best misfeasance and, at worst, criminal. American citizens were killed over virtue signaling and plain old stupidity. We all knew that this was an effort to create perpetual power by cultivating the eventual votes of the grateful who benefitted from lawlessness. It will stop.
- Common sense Americans did understand that the right to be free from the depredations of others in or out of civil society and to enjoy reasonable safety in our communities was threatened by woke prosecutors who said dumb stuff like “cash bail creates poverty,” “its just property crime,” and “we must find alternatives to traditional policing.” Americans found an alternative to wokeism and Democrats. Law and order and respect for police will return.
- Climate hysteria collided with common sense and mandated, by central planning, the destruction of a fossil fuel-based economy, which caused inflation as well as the empowerment of our geopolitical foes, who were doubling down on coal and gas.
Finally, the voters in the majority clearly understood the object of lawfare and the selective prosecution of Trump to keep him off the political stage. Refer to earlier editions of this blog to get more detail on this legal hypocrisy in several of these cases. I never bought into the pundit’s pronouncements that the Florida documents case was “serious” when Obama had his shipped to his library and Biden had them in his garage next to the Christmas tree ornaments. Pence took some too. They all did. Charging Trump with the Espionage Act, designed to prosecute German spies in World War I was laughable. He left the White House at the last minute, declassified some documents, and hadn’t gone through the rest. Responsible? No, but a pissing contest between him and the Archivist over possession of these is a civil matter no matter what Jack Smith sought to turn it into.
The collective wisdom of the voters knew that a Republican Senate would not stand for another Trump impeachment if they elected him President. It seems that this will be the reality after all of the votes are counted. They knew that their voice would stop this selective destruction of due process for a naked political end. What they didn’t know and didn’t need to know is that in 1973 and again in 2000, the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel opined that the prosecution and jailing of a sitting President would be contrary to the separation of powers and an impairment to the Chief Executive performing critical functions. This collective wisdom simply wants Trump to get to work unimpeded by this nonsense. On Friday, Jack Smith moved to dismiss the January 6th case current deadlines, and the motion was granted by a mourning, biased, and partisan Judge Chutkan, who couldn’t wait to jail Trump after ensuring a conviction in DC, where Trump got two votes. That too shall pass when he is fired. The New York “election law” sham convictions will be dismissed or dismantled next week as the result of this summer’s Supreme Court immunity decision, and, if not, I would ensure that an interlocutory appeal take place so that after January 20th it goes away. The Georgia Court of Appeals hears arguments on December 5th on whether Fani Willis, recently reelected as DA in the Democratic cesspool known as Fulton County, can continue to prosecute Trump and scores of others after the public outing of her affair with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade and the trial court’s holding that that conflict would cause one of them to withdraw. Jim Jordan should continue to investigate whether federal money was misused in this trial. It, too, will go away, as the federal immunity granted to a sitting President is binding on any state prosecution. One can only hope the remaining defendants are given similar treatment. They are not criminals.
CONCLUSION
The majority of the normal voted for common sense and transparency. Trump, Vance, and a vigorous Congress will provide us a treasure trove of answers. The “gain of function” documents and Fauci’s complicity in creating the environment for a destructive pandemic will be given fresh air. RFK Jr. will be the czar of all this unethical grant gaming. We will know why Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice dispatched a senior assistant to go to New York to create an election crime that his office declined to prosecute federally. We will know what happened to cause the Butler PA miscreant to attempt to change history by nearly assassinating Trump. It almost happened, and the negligence of the Secret Service crossed the line into something very scary and perhaps conspiratorial. Those who were gifted with the wisdom of simply living life gave us a chance to REALLY move forward. UNBURDENED BY WHAT HAS BEEN. The dear, sweet, common-sense American voter of all races, sexes, religions, and social status did this. Thank you. The founders continue to demonstrate the timelessness of their genius.
